CHECK LIST: •Please remember to send your non-refundable deposit within 24 hours after booking. •Please arrive with no makeup and clean lashes •Please arrive right on time for your scheduled service (no earlier, no later). You will be cancelled after 15 min. DEPOSIT POLICY: A deposit of $30 for fills, $50 for full sets & $20 for mini fills are required 24 hours after booking via Venmo (@paulinasc) or CASH. •CASH payment: A electronic deposit is not required to book. However, if you no show or cancel last minute, a deposit will be requested and must be paid before rebooking. •Deposit is non-refundable but may go towards future services, if cancelled in advance. •Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance means you forfeit your deposit. A new deposit is required to reschedule. •If you are 15+ minutes late, you are considered a no show and your appointment will be cancelled, forfeiting your deposit. A new deposit is required to reschedule. •If you no show, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit is required to reschedule. If you no show over 2 times or fail to pay your requested deposit you will no longer be able to book any future appointments. FILL POLICY: •If you do not have at least 50% of your lashes then a full set is required and you must schedule accordingly. •If you have exceeded 3 weeks since your last appointment then a full set is required and you must schedule accordingly. NEW CLIENT? If so, please be aware that I do not do outside fills from a previous lash artist. Please book a “full set” of your choice and add on a “removal”. This way your appointment is scheduled with the appropriate time and allows me time to prepare. *Removals will be free of charge when added onto a full set*
